Attention:

the cups have to have enough space so the tool fits between the cups!

Place the stones in the middle of the cup - this is ver yimportant. Set the tool vertically and completely over the stone, press down steadily with soft pressure- the claws will be closed evenly.

If the claws are not closed evenly please make sure you really place the stone in the middle of the cup and you really place the tool exactly over the stone.
